The professional decorating industry will again convene at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena on November 26 and 27 for the 2019 National Painting and Decorating Show.
Now in its 25th year, this is the annual trade event targeted specifically at professionals in the painting and decorating sector. From paints and wallcoverings, to tools and applicators, to colour trends, textures and techniques – this show brings together the latest in product innovation alongside plenty of trusted best sellers.
Many of the biggest names and brands in the decorating industry will again feature hundreds of products making the trade headlines. Dulux, Crown, Brewers, Mirka, Farrow and Ball, Wagner, ProDec, 3M, LittleGreene plus many more.
Just as in previous years, the two-day event will be buzzing with product launches, hands-on demos, theatre sessions, show-only deals, free samples, how-to information, competitions, raffles and prize draws. And each day the first 1,000 visitors to arrive at the event will receive a complimentary product-packed DecoBag.
This year’s show theme is ‘Build a Better Business’, with a special seminar area featuring a packed schedule of presentations on various topics to help professional decorators boost their customer base, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Every year, special features are designed to help visitors make the most of their time at the show. The ever popular MasterClass theatres, sponsored by Packexe, will again be a major focal point – every 30 minutes, a cast of industry experts will offer practical tips, information and demonstrations, revealing some valuable tricks and techniques of the trade.
Exhibitors have plenty in store for this year’s event. For example, Dulux Trade will reveal the latest developments in the world of colour whilst Hamilton Acorn is reportedly preparing for a grand unveiling. Of the many other highlights to be found, tesa will demonstrate its latest EasyCover range and Brush Mate will feature its recently revamped Trade 20 and Trade 4+ labels.
The show venue, complete with on-site hotel, parking, restaurants and bars, is easily accessible by road, rail and air. It’s just a two-hour drive from 75% of the country, Birmingham Airport is a short drive away, and an on-site train station provides an hourly service between Coventry City station and Ricoh Arena.
The National Painting and Decorating Show provides visitors with a valuable networking opportunity to meet exhibitors face-to-face, find out who’s doing what in the decorating industry, and exchange ideas and solutions with like-minded decorating professionals.
