Selco Builders Warehouse’s expansion has continued with the opening of its seventh branch of 2018, its 65th in total in the UK.
The builders merchant has officially cut the ribbon to its Bristol Filton branch off Gipsy Patch Lane, marking its second offering in the city.
Bristol Filton will feature the full Selco offering and follows on from recent openings in St Albans, Leeds and Leicester.
Selco Hire and kitchen design services will also be available, along with online services including Click and Collect where tradespeople can buy products online and collect them in-branch in 30 minutes.
It also offers a next day courier service with more than 6,500 products available, as well as the opportunity for tradespeople to create project lists via an app, which can then be prepared in branch.
Howard Luft, Selco’s Chief Executive, commented: “We are delighted to have further strengthened our offering in the southwest of England with our second branch in Bristol. We want to bring Selco to as many tradespeople as possible around the UK.
“Putting our customers first is vital and as a genuine, multi-channel builders merchant we want to give them the chance to get their building materials in the most convenient way possible to them.”
The launch of the Bristol Filton branch has also seen Selco continue its support to the community by giving away £3,000 to charities in the area.
This seventh branch opening of 2018 will also be followed by a new branch in Chelmsford in July.
