Wolseley UK is evolving its brand to highlight and signpost the business’s key specialisms, announcing that its Plumbing & Heating division will now be known as Wolseley Plumb & Parts.
Chris Taylor-Hone, Wolseley’s National Director for Plumbing & Heating, comments on the development: “Our rebrand is about much more than a change of name and signage. It is about providing brilliant customer service. We have made this important decision to make it easier for plumbing and heating customers to distinguish and identify where to find the specialist knowledge, services and products they need across our branch network.”
Wolseley Plumb & Parts is also investing in new teams outside of branch. For example, there is now a team of Local Plumb & Parts Account Managers who will support installers in growing and developing their businesses. This newly formed team can provide help with projects, as well as advice and guidance on recruitment and other business matters.
Over the coming months, installers will see the new Wolseley Plumb & Parts signage appear across the whole branch estate as the business transitions. However, that process has already started, with the first branch to showcase the new branding in West Drayton.
