Wirquin announces Twitter competition

To mark the first in a fleet of Wirquin branded lorries hitting the road, the sanitary equipment manufacturer has launched a competition on its Twitter page @WirquinLtd.

The branded livery is part of a new contract with hauliers J P Walton & Sons, a South Yorkshire based independent transport company in Doncaster.

The supplier has asked entrants to take part in their #thewirquinlorry competition to win up £60 of its products (terms & conditions apply). To be in with a chance of winning, entrants need to take a photo of any branded Wirquin lorry on UK roads and upload it to Twitter with the tag @WirquinLtd. Entrants must also add #thewirquinlorry and explain where it was seen to be entered into a weekly draw with a winner selected at random.

Communications Manager Alaina Turner commented: “We are asking our customers to get snapping but to please drive safely. We want to have some fun to celebrate our investment. These lorries are huge 40ft billboards promoting out brand throughout the country and we think they look great. The competition is running with weekly prizes during 2018, so if you see Wirquin on the road please enter.”
