Working closely with the firm’s Development Team, he will also “play a key role in shaping future product and service enhancements based on customer needs and industry trends.”
These appointments are described as reflecting Border’s commitment to investing in its people and ensuring the business is well positioned for continued growth. The new structure is said to enables both managers to focus on their areas of expertise, “strengthening the company’s ability to deliver exceptional service while supporting future expansion.”
Importantly, the company asserts that these promotions have been made “as part of its proactive growth strategy and long-term planning, rather than as a response to any operational challenges.” Accordingly, as the business continues to expand, “maintaining its strong culture, retaining talented employees and delivering industry-leading customer service remain key priorities.”
