Werner investment boosts manufacturing and supply chain capabilities

Werner has announced a “significant investment” in its Burton upon Trent Centre of Excellence as it continues to expand the site’s role as the manufacturing and distribution hub for Werner and BoSS products in the UK.

In addition, a number of production lines at the company’s Maldon factory in Essex will also be moved to Burton as part of the wider investment in the Centre of Excellence.

Operating within a lean manufacturing environment and supporting Werner’s long-term growth ambitions, the Burton site is already is described as a best-in-class manufacturing and distribution facility.
