Layout options mega page
All the options you see below are the building blocks of your home page. They can be added and tweaked to display posts on your homepage in the way that you want in any number that you want. Fancy a scroller with just the most recent competitions in it? You can do that. Want a tabbed box that splits latest products into categories? You can do that too. Want another scroller with posts about a current exhibition? Why not.
There’s a tonne of options available to you and hopefully this page will help you visualise what can be achieved so you can decide how you want your site to look.
The sidebar is currently a kitchen sink version. Pretty much everything available. Again, you can pick and choose what you want. Things can also be customised.
Sliders
Sliders are available in the two styles below. Within each style there are options to change number of posts, transition style (fade, slide, flip), where the posts are pulled from (category, tag, most recent) and whether or not to include a title.
SLIDER 1
SLIDER 2
Newsbox
News boxes are ways of displaying posts. Bare in mind that “Newsbox” is just a name for this series of layout designs – it’s not exclusive to ‘news’ posts. Options are number of posts to display, how they are ordered (by most recent, most popular or random), which posts are displayed (latest posts from everywhere, specific category(s), specific tag(s)), show or hide the “Show more” link.
