AGA Rangemaster will re-open its manufacturing facilities in Leamington Spa, Long Eaton and Telford from Monday 1 June.
Increased measures have been put in place through undertaking in-depth risk assessments across all areas of the business to protect the health and wellbeing of the company’s employees, customers and suppliers. The company has remained open for business and continued to fulfil orders throughout the current COVID-19 lockdown period.
In addition to following the Government’s guidance on social distancing, forehead thermometers have been installed for temperature checks before entry to the facilities, visual reminders and signage is on display at the entrances to the sites to actively encourage people to wash hands regularly, and start/finish and break times will be staggered.
The process of resuming production on a small scale at the sites has begun and AGA Rangemaster continues to monitor the advice from the Government. Through careful and mindful planning, AGA Rangemaster has remained open for business, to support its customers, and fulfil all orders with the warehouses fully stocked across the product range. June 1 will be a major step forward and allow the business to start returning to a sense of normality.
AGA Rangemaster continues to put the health and wellbeing of all employees at the forefront of every decision-making process, while monitoring the advice from the Government and WHO guidelines on an ongoing basis.
