Independent builders merchants Huws Gray Group has announced the acquisition of J E Fuller, in Clacton completing the next phase of its ambitious expansion plan.
J E Fuller operate from a single site in Clacton that they have occupied since the 1950s. The business has been run by the Fuller family since its incorporation and by Peter Fuller for 65 years.
Terry Owen, CEO of Huws Gray Group, said: “The acquisition of J E Fuller represents our commitment to grow Huws Gray Ridgeons in the south, whilst continuing the expansion of the Huws Gray brand in the north and west of the country.
