Following the acquisition of Granfix in 2016, Instarmac has worked hard to improve its service levels, performance of products and tried to identify the best way to support its loyal customer base. With this in mind, the company has announced the launch of its new and improved tiling brand – UltraTileFix.

UltraTileFix will merge the best and most popular qualities of the UltraTile and Granfix brands, says the manufacturer, to provide stockists with premium products for all project types backed up with outstanding service and experience.

So what does this mean for stockists?
This tiling range will have clear and strong branding, comprehensive product ranges and straightforward product selection – all supported by a high profile marketing campaign.

Many of the products have undergone thorough testing and have been enhanced to improve technical performance and user satisfaction. In addition, every product in the UltraTileFix range boasts a lifetime guarantee – for further confidence.

As part of the branding change, Instarmac has invested £300,000 in a new plastic bag packaging machine for its grouts. This packaging is described as extremely striking and keeps the product fresher for longer.

For point of sale support, each product features a product selection table, which makes choosing swift and easy, and the quick reference symbols on the front of each bag ensure users will know the product capabilities.

The product brochure includes useful installation guides, colour references and product information, as well as point of sale to promote this range of products to customers – plus grout stands, grout packs, banners, window stickers and posters.
