Keylite Roof Windows has appointed James Malkin as its new Sales Director to help the business continue to boost sales and growth.
With a background in the building materials sector stretching back 25 years, including more than 20 years at Aliaxis, James says he is keen to get stuck into a new challenge and share his extensive knowledge and skills with the award-winning brand.
He said: “In my day-to-day role as Sales Director for GB and Ireland at Keylite, I’ll be responsible for leading the sales team, supporting sales growth and account development within the distribution and housebuilder markets. I’m coming from a six-month stint as Trading Director for a John Nicholls Group merchant-based business in the Midlands and South Coast, but before that I was at Aliaxis for 20 plus years, leading the sales team as National Accounts Director.
“I feel that my 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector of building materials supply will help me with this role, alongside my extensive sales knowledge within the sector and strong relationships formed with many business partners.”
James is keen to use his skills to deliver results at Keylite while offering exceptional customer service. He continued: “The Keylite Sales Director role sounded a really exciting proposition, and I’m aware that the wider Keystone Group has a great reputation within the building material supply and manufacturing sector. I will make sure that customers are at the forefront and support the team to develop their skills to deliver growth.”
