Partners Portal, PJH’s online sales channel, has received further feature updates with the addition of a new Order Tracking facility as well as a new Product Spares section.
The new Order Tracking feature allows retailers to follow their order from placement through to delivery, allowing information such as order status and the ability to track the delivery vehicle en-route to drop-offs, for greater communications and customer satisfaction.
The new Product Spares feature has been introduced to provide greater after sales support to all PJH bathroom, appliance, sink and tap products including spares support backup to enhance PJH’s recent Aftercare Package investment in its RefleXion own-brand of shower enclosures and trays. The spares section is easy-to-use, offering exploded product diagrams as well as reference numbers, which makes the identification of spares, simple and quick, avoiding errors or incorrect part selection.
Speaking about the new level of functionality added, Sally Hough, PJH’s Multi-Channel Marketing Manager, said: “The two new features further enhance the appeal and usability of the PJH Partners Portal, which continues to grow as a revenue channel month-on-month. The Portal is being continually updated and the addition of the order tracking and spares functions makes it even more convenient and the ‘go-to’ place for all PJH products.”
