One month to complete Mission: Keylite

Keylite Roof Windows says it has helped raise its merchant partners’ sales by 7.7% since its Keylite Mission initiative kicked off four months ago. With 74 merchant groups involved, nearly 670 ‘special agents’ taking part, and new prize draw winners each month, there’s still one month to go to take part.

The company says the Keylite Academy was created with merchants in mind after traditional on-site training methods seemed to resurface the same issues over again due to time and travel restrictions. The ‘mission’ is to complete each module in the Keylite Academy and become a Keylite Special Agent.

Running until the end of November 2021, merchants must complete the nine modules in the Academy to be in for a chance to win special agent gadgets.

Once the mission is deemed successful, ‘agents’ are entered into an overall and monthly prize draw, where prizes include a supercar weekend break and driving experience, virtual cocktail event, Oculus VR Headsets and Apple Air Pods, just to name a few. Winners include merchants from Huws Gray, Buildbase, SIG Roofing, Mayers Building Supplies, Bradfords Building Supplies, LBS Builders Merchants, Civils & Lintels and Keyline – with three more chances to win before the end of November.

Through the Academy, merchants can gain a deeper understanding and exclusive insight into the firm’s award-winning products and services, which will provide them with the extra support for speaking to customers about the range, and therefore boost sales.

As the Academy is free and based online, participants can access the training modules at any time and place, at the total convenience of the individual and wider team.

Chris Hartley from Myers Building Supplies commented: “Keylite Academy modules are easy to navigate and allow you to learn at your own pace. It’s all packaged together to help give you the tools needed to confidently talk to the customers about Keylite, plug the USPs and hopefully improve on sales.”

Simon Vann, Assistant Branch Manager at Bradfords Building Supplies, added: “The modules were very well set out and have given me a clearer understanding of the key selling points and benefits that Keylite’s roof windows have over other suppliers. I look forward to seeing the next modules!”
