Wolseley UK has rejoined the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) with the UK’s largest distributor of plumbing and heating products formally becoming a member on 1st April 2015. Wolseley UK Consultant Director Keith Jones has also been appointed Deputy Chair of the BMF’s Plumbing and Heating (P&H) Sector. Keith, who has more than 30 years’ industry experience, will work alongside P&H Sector Chairman Ron Walker to facilitate sector debates and proactively support the interests of the plumbing and heating industry.
BMF MD John Newcomb said: “We are delighted to welcome Wolseley UK back in membership and equally delighted that it will be playing a major role in the BMF’s P&H Sector, with Keith Jones taking on the role of Deputy Chair. Since its formation a year ago the P&H Sector has established itself as a valuable industry forum within the BMF and with growing support is now set for the next stage of its development.”
