Border to host Customer User Meetings

Border Merchant Systems will be hosting two Customer User Meetings in September to ensure CounterAct users get the most from their investment in the system.

A great networking opportunity for clients to exchange thoughts, views and ideas on how they are using their CounterAct technology, the events will include a full review of the CounterAct developments during the last 12 months and will also include a first sight of new enhancements that will be in the latest release – CounterAct issue 2-5C. All users receive system issues as part of their support contract.

Border will demonstrate how it can provide merchants with tailor-made trading websites that are full integrated with CounterAct by using Magento Web based platforms. Other developments to be presented will include the latest CounterAct Mobile Apps – including stock check and purchase order apps, as well as a look at a bespoke mobile app project that the company has just completed. It will also discuss options to speed up the purchase invoice matching process including EDI and the Lexmark/ReadSoft cloud system.

To finish there will be a review from the support department and discussions on the future development plans for CounterAct. The user meeting is a vital tool in providing feedback from users on what additional facilities they wish to see added to CounterAct in the future.

The meetings will take place on:

  • 27th September – Chepstow Racecourse, Monmouthshire
  • 28th September – Harborough Innovation Centre, Market Harborough, Leicestershire
