The BMF is running a 30-minute information session on 16 April on a new Management apprenticeship available to members.
The Level 3 Team Leader Supervisor apprenticeship will support those taking the initial step to becoming a manager, or those who have recently been appointed to a junior management role, and will see the apprentice take on extra responsibilities such as project management or leading a team of other employees.
The apprenticeship is designed with the demands of a busy work life in mind and delivered virtually through tutor lead classes and workplace learning with all resources available 24/7.
Those successfully completing the apprenticeship will also receive the Certificate in Merchant Management.
Applications for this apprenticeship close on 25 April 2021, which is why the BMF is running an information session via Zoom at 11am on Friday 16 April for anyone interested in finding out more. The apprenticeship is only available in England and the course fee may be covered by the Apprenticeship Levy or Government Apprenticeship Funds.
