Christmas has come early this year for Carl Kammerling International’s customers, as the annual Winter Wonderland promotion is bigger and better than ever before and, for the first time, it is available from June onwards.

Santa Claus is certainly coming to town with this four month long promotion, which features star buys from C.K tools, C.K Magma, Kasp and Avit, offering high margins on over 130 popular products, as well as a generous Winter Wonderland Gift Scheme.

Ensuring a prosperous New Year, the Winter Wonderland Gift Scheme will gift stockists Love2Shop vouchers worth up to £250.

Tiered in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages, customers placing orders, up to 31st December, will be rewarded the more they spend.

This year’s promotion features 25 new products, including the Sabretooth Saw, VDE Interchangeable Bladed Screwdriver, and the Kasp Van lock. Supporting sales further, best selling lines are being offered in value packs, with the robust Sabretooth Trade Saws available in twin packs, while the Dextro VDE Screwdriver Set of six comes complete with 140mm Electricians Scissors.

Specially selected due to high market demand and the fantastic quality of the products, the C.K Flood Lights, Avit Hand and Head 80 Lumens LED Torches and the C.K Twin Blade Folding Utility Knife are running on a WIGIG basis. The C.K 10W Rechargeable Site Lamp boasts multiple benefits, including two batteries to increase its longevity, a magnetic base, a phone USB port for convenience and dimmable function. The 20W Rechargeable Site Lamp also includes a magnetic base and dimmable function and is accompanied by a telescopic stand and adaptable mounting bracket.

Having consulted with customers, Carl Kammerling has developed its merchandising solutions to encourage retailers to display the Winter Wonderland promotional items, in order to maximise sales.

POS strips are available to customers purchasing the Bronze and Silver packages and can be mounted onto displays, showcasing the Winter Wonderland branding alongside the hero products collection. Meanwhile, POS packs are available to customers purchasing the Gold and Platinum packages. The packs feature headers and double-sided wings to highlight hero products, which clip onto slat walls.

To create impulse purchases at the counter, Carl Kammerling has also introduced several keenly-priced counter box offers, including a tray box of six Armourslice SWA Cable Strippers with a free knife and a counter box of 12 C.K Automatic Wire Strippers.

To complement the merchandising offer, CKI has introduced a striking range of POS solutions to influence consumers when making purchases. The Winter Wonderland POS kits include a winter themed reversible countermat/poster and Inc/Ex VAT price cards for merchants and retailers to use. An additional leaflet dispenser is also supplied, with 100 consumer catalogues.

The newly designed consumer catalogue, featuring dynamic studio and lifestyle photography, and a dedicated microsite have been developed to help drive sell through. The new microsite includes videos of all products in use and enables customers to search for product availability and stockists. A unique consumer video is being created which can be played in-store or online, demonstrating the features and benefits of the campaign hero products. With four levels of promotion available, merchants have the flexibility to choose the package that’s right for them, dependent on their required order levels. All the packages feature free marketing support, assisting merchants in increasing awareness of the promotions and driving those all important sales.
