Collier & Catchpole has launched Collier Hire, billed as a “straightforward, reliable tool hire service built for the trade & DIY.”
The local merchant says that its new Collier Hire operation will give customers “fast access to the tools you need, when and where you need them, without the hassle.” From groundcare and landscaping tools like rotavators, aerators, lawnmowers and stump grinders to compaction, mixing and pumping equipment such as plate compactors, cement mixers and submersible pumps, the business will also provide breaking, demolition, cutting, flooring, cleaning, heating and cooling equipment. Furthermore, it says it will also source any additional items on request.
The business has accordingly expanded its team with two new members: Ben, its Hire Manager with 11 years’ experience in Tool Hire, and Mike, its Tool Fitter with 23 years in the industry. Having worked together in the local area for over a decade, they’ve built a strong working relationship and a natural understanding of each other, creating a reliable, knowledgeable team ready to take on the challenge of launching a new service.

Customers can use their existing Collier & Catchpole account to order directly from its Colchester branch and start hiring straight away.
