Graham launches fully transactional website

Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has launched its transactional website, allowing customers to purchase products online either to be delivered or collected in-branch.

While fixed prices are allocated to all products, trade account holders are also able to access their own personal terms by setting up an online account. The accounts section also allows customers to manage their orders, details and invoices all in one place.

In addition, users can take advantage of a stock checking function that shows product availability at a customer’s closest three branches, allowing them to plan ahead without wasting time contacting branches directly.

The merchant’s customers are able to click-and-collect within the next hour on thousands of products ordered before 4pm. Any orders made after this will be ready to collect the next working day.

“This is a major step forward for us in terms of our processes,” said Alice Robinson, Digital Marketing Manager at Graham. “This online ordering facility will allow our customers to spend less time in branch and make their visits more efficient, as orders can be ready to go when they walk into branch, if they do not have time to stop and chat.

“Alongside the Graham App, we hope the new and improved Graham Direct will provide our customers with all the tools they need to shop how and when they want to, whilst also being able to easily manage their admin too.”

Ian Kenny, Marketing Director at Graham Plumbers’ Merchant added: “We will be marketing the site heavily across all channels and an extensive website training program is currently underway for all our colleagues to ensure our exemplary customer service extends through to our online customers. Our teams are really excited to be able to share this new capability with existing and new customers alike. The website also includes access to a range of new value added services for trade account customers such as Graham’s exclusive deal with Checkatrade and a new UFH service.”
