HRP Trade develops key supplier website

As the nation enters a period of uncertainty HRP Trade has been working to develop a temporary website that allows your trade customers to order spare parts for emergency repairs, whilst allowing merchants to close.

For every order that is placed, a merchant postcode will be required, of which a 10% commission from that order will be paid to the merchant. This will be paid monthly.

Not only does this allow merchant to offer a service to their customers during such a difficult time, it ensures that the merchant is still making money, and hopefully ensuring customer retention when merchants begin to re-open.

Neil Lake of HRP Trade said: “Unfortunately , due to the financial and personnel pressures that are being created due to the COVID-19 situation , the vast majority of plumbers merchants are being forced to close their doors indefinitely , which in turn is causing major disruption to the normally efficient supply chain of spare parts ultimately arriving at the home owners premises.

“As a government recognised Key Supplier we have created a temporary website that allows installers to order components directly from our portal , whilst at the same time rewarding the relevant merchant during this uncertain financial period.”
