Following the announcement of £2bn for energy efficiency improvements to homes in England, ROCKWOOL has created an app to help maximise sales as part of the UK Government scheme.
The Green Homes Grant App, which is available in Google Play and Apple stores, as well as on rockwool.co.uk, is designed to generate demand for sales of non-combustible stone wool insulation and increase customer traffic to branches.
The app guides installers and homeowners through the Green Homes Grant scheme, with information on the application process, the definition of primary and secondary measures and how to choose products to meet a project’s needs. Tradespeople will also find a handy materials calculator, installation guidance and a stockist finder for the supplier’s Trade Insulation Range.
As well as being a useful feature for professionals, the stockist finder is great news for merchants as trades can quickly and easily identify where to buy the products they need, helping generate orders and increase footfall.
“The Green Homes Grant has the potential to be a significant and much needed cash injection for the construction industry, as well as a catalyst for critical change on energy usage.
